OLYMPIA, Greece – Zimbabwe Olympic Committee (ZOC) Programs Officer Newman Gomendo is representing the country at the 18th International Olympic Academy Session in Olympia, Greece.
Gomendo joined global experts to engage in discussions on Olympic values and sports development. He also shared Zimbabwe’s experiences, highlighting the nation’s efforts in promoting sporting excellence.
In a notice on its Facebook account, ZOC said the knowledge gained from the session will strengthen local sports initiatives and further embed Olympic ideals in Zimbabwe’s sporting structures.
